Accessibility Statement

Status

UNPUBLISHED ENGLISH WORKING DRAFT — NOT APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION. No public effective date has been set. Legal review, required appointments and permissions, final consent/rights procedures, and actual release qualification remain outstanding. These documents do not activate a customer contract or certify compliance. Applies to https://kintwined.com and the Kintwined iOS/Android applications. The target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Full conformance has not been established; this is not an accessibility certification or EAA compliance declaration.

Current evidence and limitations

The repository records internal automated checks and limited manual review in October 2026, with unresolved/incomplete large-text and Android navigation qualification. Full supported-browser, VoiceOver, TalkBack, desktop screen-reader, physical-device and user testing remain pending. Earlier test results do not qualify every current binary. User-supplied media may lack captions, transcripts or descriptions. Local speech/translation availability varies.

Implemented alternatives

The family graph has a list alternative and explicit zoom/reset controls. Typing and original text remain available when local speech/translation is unsupported. Source-level accessibility features are not a substitute for tested end-to-end usability.

Assistance and complaints

Email [email protected] with subject Accessibility or write to Lost Meteor LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Describe the task, platform and assistive technology; request an alternative format or assistance. Do not send private stories or recovery secrets. A fixed response target and production handling process have not yet been established; applicable legal deadlines and redress remain unaffected. Escalation is to the competent authority for the applicable country/service; the incorrect or unverified authority links in the generic template are not reproduced here.

Review

Proposed review: annually and after significant service changes, and before release of this statement. Update tested versions, limitations, remedies and assistance arrangements before publication. Assess applicable accessibility law and any exemption separately; targeting a standard does not establish statutory compliance.
