Contact and support

For help with Kintwined, email [email protected]. For privacy or deletion requests, email [email protected].

Describe the issue, app version, device and any error code. Use fictional examples and remove private information from screenshots. Never send passwords, recovery codes or private keys.

Delete an account or data

In the app’s Settings, find “What do you need to remove?” and choose “Delete my Kintwined data”. The app asks you to sign in again with the same account, unlock the local vault and type “DELETE MY DATA”. If deletion remains pending, keep the device and retry. You can also request help at [email protected]; never send your unlock code, recovery code or private keys.

First export any content you want to keep and check that you can open it. Deletion removes the Kintwined account and sign-in links, owned or authored cloud data, recovery copies and this device’s vault. Recipient exports and independent copies may remain. It does not delete your Apple or Google account. See the Privacy Policy for retention information.

Deleting the app or account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it separately through the purchasing store.

Recover access

A new device needs a trusted device or your saved recovery code to decrypt the vault. Signing in or restoring a purchase does not replace the encryption keys.

Keep your recovery code somewhere secure and separate from the device. Do not send it to support. If all trusted devices and the recovery code are lost, encrypted content may be unrecoverable.

Purchases and subscriptions

Kintwined is in development. Store downloads and purchases are not available yet. Purchases are planned through the iOS and Android stores; web purchases are disabled. The store shows the actual price, billing interval and any eligible trial before purchase.

Manage or cancel through the purchasing Apple App Store or Google Play account. For a refund, use that store’s refund process or contact support for help. Use Restore purchases in the app with the purchasing store account. Contractual details are in the Terms of Service.

Licences and credits

Kintwined is developed by Lost Meteor Software. Its original artwork and brand assets are preserved with their source provenance.
